With the amendment adopted on November 19, 2019 /coming into force on January 1, 2020/, changes will be made to the Minimum Monthly Wage Law of the Republic of Armenia.
From January 1, 2020, the Minimum Monthly Wage will be 68,000 drams.
For employees paid by salary and hourly wage, the minimum hourly rate will be set as follows:
1) in the case of normal working hours (40-hour work week) - 406 drams.
2) in the case of reduced working hours (36-hour work week) - 454 drams.
3) in the case of reduced working hours (24-hour work week) - 680 drams:
