According to the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, the judicial act which has come into а legal force is mandatory for all state organizations, local self-governing organizations, their officials, legal entities and citizens and is subject to execution on the whole territory of the Republic of Armenia.

The consequences of not following a court order depend on what the order is about. Generally, the court does not monitor its orders, the burden is on the party seeking to have the order enforced and Initiate a prosecution procedure against you. If the judicial act refers you personally (not to you as a responsible person of an organization) on the demand of the claimant you may be subjected to administrative penalties.
If the court finds that you purposely did not follow the judicial act within the period of time specified therein (if there is no a deadline then within a month after the entry into force of the judicial act), then the court will impose a fine from 50,000 up to 100,000 AMD.
By paying the fine, you don't exempt from the demand of following the judicial act.
This is simply a mild form of responsibility for not following the judicial act, which reminds you the need to comply with it.
If you continue to ignore the necessity of following the court decision within a month after you have been fined, then you may be subject to criminal liability by the request of the claimant party.
These regulations do not apply to the cases where the court decision refers to forfeiture of the money or the fulfillment of the contractual obligations.
