By the law adopted on June 21, 2018, which entered into force on July 9, 2019, to make a conclusion on the applications of citizens who have not passed compulsory military service By the order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia a commission has been set up debating the applications of citizens who have not passed compulsory military service and the personal composition of the commission and the procedure for its operation shall be approved.
Taking into account the Commission's conclusion, the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia accepts a decree on the amount paid by a citizen. On the basis of the order of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the commission sends an application to the applicant within three working days to respond to the application, indicating the amount of payment and the payment account number.
