From January 1, 2023, the amount of the minimum salary has been changed

According to the amendment made in Article 1 of the Law HO-66-N of December 17, 2003 on the minimum monthly salary, the minimum monthly salary set at 68,000 AMD was changed to 75,000 AMD.

The minimum amount of the hourly rate for employees paid by commission or hourly rate is set:
1) in case of normal duration of working hours: 40-hour working week: 450 drams.
2) in case of short working hours:
a. up to 24-hour working week: 750 drams,
b. 36-hour working week: AMD 500.

Taxes paid from wages, social or other mandatory payments defined by law, additions, bonuses, bonuses and additional payments are not included in the minimum amounts of the minimum monthly salary, hourly rate for employees paid by commission and hourly. :

The law enters into force on January 1, 2023.
