Organization of online(internet) gambling is a licensed activity with an annual state duty of 500,000,000 (five hundred million) drams, taxes are not paid exempt wages. /If you will have Armenian Employees/.  Only Commercial organizations registered in the Republic of Armenia can carry out online gambling activities in the Republic of Armenia.

Chess, checkers, backgammon, tackle, billiards and similar sports games are not count as a gambling, except for some types of card games.

Online gambling is considered to be organized in the territory of the Republic of Armenia if the online gambling organizer servers are located on the territory of the Republic of Armenia, they have the appropriate Internet Protocol (IP) address (Internet Protocol Address) and information resources are in the "AM" domain.

Programs used to organize online gambling in the territory of the Republic of Armenia should comply with the international and independent ISO / IEC standards of the 27,000 series.

The online gambling license is issued within 23 working days after the properly submission of the application to the Authorized Body. The term may be prolonged by the decision of the Authorized Body for another 23 working days if the documents attached to the application contain information that needs additional study.

In case of acceptance of the decision to issue the license, it shall be provided to the applicant no later than within a month after the first annual payment of the state fee established by law, providing document confirming the payment. Gambling or online  gambling or casino organizer submits a financial report to the Authorized Body on a monthly basis. Gambling or online  gambling or casino organizer, in accordance with the accounting legislation, submits an independent auditor's report on annual financial reports that he/she submits to the public authorities until April 30 of the year following the reporting year and publishes the financial report  in media that has at least 1000 prints and submits one copy to the Authorized Body before 15 May of the year following the reporting year.
