The new RA Civil Procedure Code comes into force on the day the new President takes office.

Upon its entry into force, the Civil Procedure Code of 17 June 1998 shall be revoked.

Before the entry into force of this Code, the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 17, 1998 shall apply to the solution of the matter of accepting claims, appeals and complaints.
